Changing times for two lobster dealers

The business landscape for lobster dealers in southern Maine has been steadily changing. The array of products offered, sources of products, how they ship it, even where they ship the lobsters has changed markedly from decades past. Two men -- one in Scarborough and one in Kennebunkport -- have made constant changes in their respective companies to maintain market share.
